1. Who we are
DomainRegistration.ai is a domain name brokerage. We buy, sell, and broker premium .ai domain names on behalf of clients. We are not a registrar, registry, escrow company, or law firm.
2. Transactions and escrow
- All purchases and sales close through licensed third-party escrow providers — Escrow.com or GoDaddy. Funds are never paid to us directly.
- A transaction is binding only when both parties have agreed terms in writing and escrow has been opened.
- Escrow providers apply their own terms and fees, which are between you and them.
3. Listings, prices, and availability
- Domain listings and any indicated prices are invitations to enquire, not binding offers. Names may be sold, withdrawn, or repriced at any time without notice.
- The availability checker relies on public registry and DNS data, which can lag or contain errors. Always confirm availability at the point of registration or with us before relying on it.
- Appraisals and valuations are professional opinions based on market data. They are not guarantees of value or future resale price.
4. Acquisition brokerage
Where you engage us to acquire a name we do not own, we act as your intermediary. We cannot guarantee an owner will sell, or at what price. Fees or success terms are agreed in writing before we begin.
5. Intellectual property and third-party names
Trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned on this site — including client names — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance indicates a past commercial relationship or is descriptive only, and does not imply endorsement. It is your responsibility to ensure a domain you acquire does not infringe third-party rights in your intended use.
6. No warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainRegistration.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability in relation to any transaction shall not exceed the fees actually paid to us for that transaction.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
